I hated if I should stay at long hours meeting with repeating substance & listen a bored rigid harangue.
Time just like stop ticking, and nothing gonna do unless quiet & listening for what you already know & already done.
That’s why I do not wear my watch anymore during office hour

It is unconscious wasting time that we did everyday in corporate.
Maybe we can make it faster if every attendee willing to contribute and focus on subjects. But for sure is very difficult to make it happen, since they still busy with their own laptop or cell phone.

Or
just KISS (keep it simple, stupid!) before I go to sleep…… hhuaammmhhh…. zzzzz..zz…..zzzz… already 3 hour…. still trapped on point 2 from 10 subjects……..zz….zzzzz..zzzz

oh…. huaahhhmmmm……… 5 hour…… thanks God….. 6 more subjects to go….. zzz….zzzzzz…zzz

Sedang latihan ngegowes terus nih, rencananya mau b2w.
Tapi masih belum berani langsung genjot kekantor karena jaraknya BSD – Daan Mogot lumayan 26km sekali jalan! Takut malah begitu sampe kantor malah ngejoprak lemes….

Jadi kalo sore – sore pulang kerja dan sabtu /minggu sepedaan terus, atau minimal naik sepeda statis min 30menit.  Untungnya di bsd boleh dibilang ada segala medan, dari tanjakan yang ngga terlalu terjal tapi panjaaaaannngggg banget, tanjakan yang 30-40 derajat , jalanan berdebu dan lobang disana – sini, jalanan yang ngga rata sama sekali (kalo naik mobil berasa kayak motor boat)….. kumplit deh.

Mungkin tahap pertama ini g mau coba one way dulu…. Ga tau perginya nebeng ato pulangnya nebeng yang penting niatnya udah kesampean… B2W
Untungnya juga sepeda gw sepeda lipet yang gampang dimasukin kebagasi mobil temen gw….hehehehe

Family tradition to start in new year

Every year we make New Year’s resolutions that are often aimed at improving ourselves, our bodies, our status in office, our image to our friends.  Throughout the year, we’re so preoccupied with achieving our many personal goals that we tend to overlook one important thing: our families.

This year aside from the usual exercising and dieting it might also be a good idea to go basic to basic – the family.  Suggested resolution for all of you this year:  Start a family tradition.

It’s relatively easy & simple, but the rewards maybe so great that we can’t even begin to measure them.

To get you started, here some ideas:

• Take more pictures. Photographs are memories that can be held.

• Exercise in the morning. Health is everything.

• Keep some of your old stuff in a chest. We’ll all get a big kick rediscovering them someday.

• Go on movie dates. It may be one of the vary few things we’ll get to do with the children when they grow up.

• Kiss everyone in our family goodnight. Showing affection is the best life investment we’ll make.

• Wrestle with our children on weekend mornings. It’s the stuff that makes a childhood memories.

• Read to the children. It may lead to their success someday.

• Develop own family recipes. We never know when you might just start a food chain

• Start a family piggy bank. It might make the children rich someday.

• Say “I Love You” more often. Today maybe is the last chance.

• Write reminders for our older self. Insights from our younger self are invaluable.

• Take our elderly loved ones to dinner. It means the world to them.

• Take up a hobby or sport with the son.  It’s never too late to get to know him better.

• Send our partner flowers more often.

• Play with your children. They will never forget that for as long as they live.
